3. Online Appointments
3.1. Accuracy of Information: The User is obligated to provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking appointments through the Website. The User bears sole responsibility for promptly updating such information to maintain its accuracy and completeness.
3.2. Use of Online Booking Portal: Durgapur Medical shall not be held liable for any harm, loss, or damages arising from the User's use of the online booking portal.
3.3. Appointment Rescheduling: Durgapur Medical reserves the unequivocal right to reschedule appointments at its discretion and without prior notice. While reasonable efforts will be made to inform the User of any rescheduling at the earliest practicable opportunity, Durgapur Medical assumes no liability for any inconvenience or damages resulting therefrom.
3.4. No-Show Penalty: Failure by the User to attend a scheduled appointment without providing notification at least twenty-four (24) hours in advance may result in the imposition of a penalty. This penalty is implemented to ensure the efficient allocation of resources and to facilitate timely medical care for other patients. The specific nature and amount of any such penalty shall be at the sole discretion of Durgapur Medical.
4. Home Delivery of Medicines
4.1. Home Delivery Radius: The home delivery service is exclusively available to residences located within a five (5) kilometer radius of our physical establishment.
4.2. Minimum Order Requirement: Home delivery services are provided for orders with a minimum value of ₹1000 (Indian Rupees).
5. Share Your Experience with Durgapur Medical! (User Reviews and Testimonials Campaign)
5.1. On January 31, 2026, Durgapur Medical may, at its sole discretion, randomly select up to ten (10) reviews rated four (4) or five (5) stars from its Google Business Profile for display on the Website. The displayed reviews may include the reviewer's name and review text.
5.2. Only reviews containing the hashtag #DurgapurMedExp will be eligible for consideration for display. In the event that fewer than ten (10) eligible reviews are available, all eligible reviews may be displayed.
5.3. Durgapur Medical reserves the absolute right to modify or remove displayed reviews from the Website at any time without notice. The selection of reviews is a random process.
